Sales network & structure management
Hierarchical management of the multi-level distributor network — structure overview, career progressions, upline/downline relationships, and the full organisational hierarchy.
Just Nährin runs a direct sales business through a multi-level distributor network. Their existing system could no longer meet the company's needs — a complete successor was required, capable of handling complex commission models, distributor structures, and calculations under critical time pressure. We designed and delivered the system in 3 months.
Just Nährin manages an extensive multi-level sales network with complex rules for commission calculations, career progressions, and distributor structures. The existing system could no longer cover the company's current needs. The replacement had to happen in an extremely short timeframe — any downtime was out of the question. The new system had to handle all MLM logic from the ground up.
We designed and built a complete administration platform covering the entire lifecycle of the sales network — from distributor structure management and sales tracking to automated commission calculations and accounting integration.

For JUST we replaced a legacy system with complex commissions. Recalculation history, versioned rules, reconstructing a computation years later — here's how to approach it so it survives the first auditor.
